"I would highly recommend Ken Craig and his company, Farm and Ranch Construction. I found Ken to be a man of his word in terms of him properly setting expectations around cost, timing and what the end product would look like. I especially appreciated the frequent updates from Ken on the progress of the projects as I could not be present on the job site very frequently. Ken and his crew were fantastic to work with and I will always make Ken the first guy that I call when I need further work on my ranch." David Marmonti (Sunset Ranch) "We have been very pleased with all the work Farm and Ranch Construction has performed for us. They have consistently exceeded our expectations and we certainly recommend them with no reservations." Jane and Tom Patrick (Pottsville, Tx) "I had the pleasure of meeting Ken Craig this summer and hiring his firm, Farm and Ranch Construction, to make significant improvements on my ranch. The work included building roads, removing structures and improving several ponds. When I hired them I was looking for someone that I could trust to be efficient and dependable... they delivered on that promise." James Gresham (Shell Mountain Ranch) "I would like to say thank you for all of the work done at my ranch and the professional manner in which it was done. All of the work was done on time and within the budget set forth. I look forward to working with you again on future projects. Torrey Moncrief (Moncrief Deer Ranches) "Proud to disappointed to great satiisfaction best describes my feelings about my favorite stock tank/recreation lake constructed five years ago. Upon filling it I started a methodical fish stocking program as it was obvious this was going to become an excellent "fishing hole". In late summer of the second year, observation of the wet downstream creek bed and a steady decline of lake level I concluded that I had a serious leak problem. As a possible solution, I purchased a commercial/industrial sandblaster unit capable of blowing granular sodium bentonite 125' or more. We uniformly sprayed a moderate amount of the sodium bentonite over the entire lake bottom. This treatment only slowed the leak problem. After another year of deliberation, I decided to hire the pros with the proper equipment, correct form of bentonite expertise. The job was completed in less that one week. For the next two months, without rain, I watched the water level continously rise from subterranean inflow. Shutting off the thru flow has essentially made this a constant level tank. That gives me great satisfaction.." WD Freeman (Evant, TX)
